Partner terms

Accredited partners refer customers to Promptable or deliver Promptable inside their own services. Referrals are tracked via our partner portal and paid monthly via Stripe Connect. Delivery partnerships are governed by a separate statement of work.

10% recurring commission on the first 12 months of each subscription originated through a partner's referral. Paid monthly in arrears once the customer's invoice clears. Commission applies to base subscription only (not to credits top-ups or professional services).

Partners represent Promptable accurately, don't make unsupported claims, and route customer questions to us when outside their expertise. We provide partner assets, briefings, and a dedicated contact.

We don't require exclusivity. Partners can work with competing platforms; we'd rather know about it upfront than find out after.

The partnership runs on a rolling 12-month term, renewing automatically unless either party gives 60 days' notice. We can suspend or terminate for breach of these terms or brand misuse with 30 days' notice to cure.
