We don't tell a plant manager about 'knowledge graphs' or 'embeddings'. We tell them what the system does for their team, in the words they already use. If you need a glossary to understand our product, we've failed.

Promptable is software. It does part of the job. The change management, the integration work, the audit prep — that's what the partner network is for. We don't pretend to be the whole answer, because pretending costs customers more in the long run.

We sell to quality managers and plant managers, not to venture analysts. Every feature has to earn its place against an ISO clause or a shop-floor workflow. If it only looks good in a demo, it comes out.
